The Overhead Kick, Rabona and the Cruyff Turn.

In my first blog, I am going to share with you other football tricks which could be effective when playing football. These type of moves are popular and are tough to perform so if you want to practice without serious injuries follow these steps for perfection in these tricks. These kind of moves are in a way how to shoot but with a style. This keeps the spectators impressed and keeping the game interesting to watch. I am also showing you  3 impressive football tricks which can be effective in a game, but to doing it safely for injuries.

The first trick that I am going to talk about is the 'Overhead kick.' When you score with this type of manouvre it looks very spectacular. It's a really tough shot but if you master it you'll be able to shoot even if you have the post behind you or to clear the ball in the other direction for defending.Begin this type of trick on a soft ground but don't overdo it. Here are three steps in how to perform it :
Overhead Kick.
  •  Get into line with the flight of the ball where keep an eye on the direction of the ball. It's all about timing and even when you are trying to kick it hard it's all about the movement of the body - just keep it clean.
  • Jump up leaving the upper body into almost horizontal to the ground. At this point whip your kicking leg off the deck and the other leg back down quickly. Keep your eyes open on the ball when falling backwards.
  •  When you see that the ball is in ideal range make your move and decide when it is the time to kick the ball and even the ball if it's flying too high, your body might be too upright. This is the movement of the legs that creates the power. As you fall stretch out you hand before the impact and even twist your body so not to land flat on your back.

                        The Rabona.

Another method which can show the ability of a player into a skillful of a trick at any level. It is called 'The Rabona' or also called the crossed-kick.It was first performed by Pele in the state championship in 1957 and there are several ways of how to trick the defender. One of the following scenarios is when a left-footed winger stays on the right side of the ground and will take the rabona for a better shot.To perform this type of trick is to take the kicking leg wrapped behind the standing leg.

But last and not least another skillful method known and perfected by a Dutchman which made history as his trick has been copied from all players around the world. 'The Cruyff Turn' which was immortalised by the player Johan Cruyff and is the one of the most common used dribbling trick. To perform this type of trick instead of passing or crossing the ball, the player would drag the ball with the inside of the foot and turn 90 degrees which the accelerates through the other direction.
